The Management of ALOR-TECH regards Quality as a system for delivering services economically while meeting the Customer’s needs.

To achieve effective implementation, the participation of all departments within the company and all of ALOR-TECH’s technical and human resources is required.

Given its present and future importance, the Management of ALOR-TECH declares Quality to be a strategic priority objective for the entire organization:

• Quality, and the continuous improvement thereof, is the responsibility of all members of the company. To this end, the aim is to maximize each person’s potential through motivation, commitment, and awareness of their role within the organization.
• Quality is a key aspect of competitiveness, standing out from the competition by providing services at competitive prices and within short timeframes, based on the efficiency of the organization’s available resources.
• Quality is achieved by planning, implementing, and reviewing the process-based management system, ensuring that the resources and tasks carried out produce more effective results and benefits.
• Quality means optimizing day-to-day management and offering our Customers the assurance of work carried out under control. To this end, it is necessary to develop, implement, and keep up to date a Quality System based on the current version of ISO 9001:2015, as a means of systematically improving the quality of all our processes. This system must provide appropriate information and data for ongoing analysis and consequent decision-making aimed at greater effectiveness, with the ultimate purpose of implementing continuous improvement activities that enhance the organization’s overall efficiency.
• Compliance with legal requirements before public authorities and contractual requirements with customers.

The Management of ALOR-TECH adopts the principles set out above, promotes them through effective leadership among all members of the company, and incorporates them into the documents of its Management System, which are hereby declared mandatory.
