The following describes the privacy policy that governs ALOR's collection and handling of personal data provided by Users through the Website www.alor-tech.com (henceforth, the "Website").

ALOR reserves the right to amend this privacy policy in line with changes in legislation, case law and/or regulation, as well as the practices implemented on the Website, always keeping in mind the rights and interests of the Users.

Notwithstanding, ALOR will provide Users with the appropriate technical resources to ensure that, before submitting any personal information, they will be able to access this privacy policy, duly complying with the obligation to inform and procure consent in accordance with current legislation regarding data protection.

Apart from what is expressly stated in the "Cookies Policy" section of the Website, Users are not recorded if simply visiting the Website. ALOR will only handle information that the User provides via the Website's forms or via email when requesting information about our activities and services.

In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on Personal Data Protection (henceforth, "PDP"), we inform the User that any personal information provided to us through our Website and/or via email queries will be added to a digital file owned by ALOR and which has been duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

The personal data provided by the User will be handled for the purposes of (i) managing and maintaining our relationship with the User; (ii) managing the information provided to ALOR by the User; (iii) managing and responding to requests for information about our activities and services submitted by the User via our Website and/or via email; and (iv) informing Users, whether though ordinary or electronic means, about aspects of ALOR's activity that may be of interest to them.

Clicking on the "send" button on any form made available on the Website and/or sending an enquiry via email constitutes agreement by the User or the person sending the enquiry that the information submitted via those channels be handled by ALOR.

Except for the fields marked as obligatory, the submission of any other personal information is voluntary. Failing to fill in the fields marked as obligatory or submitting incorrect information will make it impossible for ALOR to handle the User's request or to send the requested information.

The User affirms that the personal information he or she provides is true and it is the User's responsibility to inform ALOR of any changes to that information. The User is solely responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may be caused by ALOR or any third party as a consequence of the User providing false, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information. The User must not provide any information pertaining to third parties, who hold the sole responsibility for their data, without their consent and without their knowledge of the terms of this privacy policy.

Children under the age of 14 must have the permission of their parents or guardians before submitting their personal information via the Website.

The User has the right to object to the handling of his or her information for uses outside the ones described above.

The User has the right to access, correct, cancel and object to his or her personal information as established in the PDP by directing a written request to the manager of the digital file, in accordance with current legislation, to the following address: alor@alor-tech.com

Information provided by the User will not be disclosed to third parties.

ALOR guarantees the confidentiality of the personal information provided by the User and that it will be handled in accordance with current legislation on personal data and confidentiality.

ALOR has adopted the necessary measures to prevent loss and the unauthorized modification, handling or access of personal information to the extent allowed by the current state of technology, the nature of stored data and the risks that they are exposed to, whether they come from human actions or via physical or natural means. Nevertheless, the User must understand that online security measures are not infallible.
